How to Start a Pescatarian Diet
Starting a pescatarian diet helps you avoid high saturated fat cholesterol consumption that can come along with eating a lot of red meat. Pescatarians do not eat any land animals or birds, such as beef, pork, chicken or turkey; however, they do eat fish and other seafood, such as shrimp and clams. Vegetarian foods, such as fruits, vegetables, beans, grains and nuts, are also allowed on a pescatarian diet.
